Improving the lives of the most vulnerable, inspired by Isaiah 43:19
We are based in the outskirts of Kampala city, a place with a significant population living in abject poverty and its effects.
JEF, Isaiah 43:19 helps a number of orphans and neglected children in the community to access basic needs like education, medical care and shelter. We teach these children income generating skill such as tailoring, and craft making. Our items have a ready market in the community.
We have also helped neglected elderly people by providing basic needs. This is through the revenue obtained from selling the crafts that the children make.
Our reach also extends to teenage mothers, widows and prostitutes, equipping them with skills to establish income generating ventures for themselves.

A 7 year old Mukiibi Andrew had been left under the care of his blind great grandmother. He was identified to us by a neighbour. We were able to enroll him to school, and through the revenue from the crafts, provide basic needs for him and his great grandmother.
