JEF, ISAIAH 43:19 exists to serve the vulnerable in our community

Our Story...

The organization is located at Ndikutamadda cell, Namasuba Ward, Masajja Division, Makindye Ssabagabo Municipality , Wakiso District in Uganda.

JEF, ISAIAH 43:19 is a local community-based organization that started in 2017 to support the vulnerable members of the community and rooted its work from ISAIAH 43:19. The organization targets orphans, children out of school, HIV/AIDS mothers and single mothers and un employed youths.

JEF, ISAIAH 43:19, works with / supports orphans, single mothers, children out of school, elderly unemployed youth, widows, vulnerable mothers(women), vulnerable families and HIV/AIDS affected families.

Sylvia Kumbaine

Founder

Sylvia, a teacher at MB Primary School in Masajja, was inspired by the Bible's call to be God's hands and feet. Moved by her neighbors' struggles, she founded this organization to make a difference in her community.

Damalie is passionate about bringing joy to the disadvantaged. She prides in seeing people learn new skills as she trains them, especially the young children when they run home, showing off their work to their parents.

Using Joy Empowerment Foundation as my platform, I work so hard to see that most or all the neglected elderly in our community get access to their basic needs.

Esther's vision is to see the forgotten in society to feel seen and loved. She, thus finds great delight in mobilising the needy people in community
